Description: | | Inbound Call Center Greeter, Part-Time Job Description | The Call Center Greeter thrives on providing excellent customer service and demonstrating integrity and professionalism in a team-structured environment by directing customer inquiries to call-center staff or store management staff in regards to sales or service. | | | Scope and Responsibilities | Our Call Center Greeter must have the ability AND desire to provide courteous and efficient service to potential customers who call us. They will possess a warm, inviting, friendly, eager, welcoming, high-energy and positive demeanor. Each call must be handled and directed to the sales or service expert who is appropriate to handle the customer's needs, be that tire related or automotive service scheduling. This is a customer service and results driven role with a focus on building strong customer relationships. It is understood that when potential customers call us they expect the best possible service and our full attentiveness; nothing less. |
