Description:

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the assigned CS Supervisor , the Customer Service Lead is responsible for the support and ongoing assistance to fellow teammates to ensure that all activities, including those which contribute to the acquisition, satisfaction, and retention of customers, meet the high standards of Insight Communications.

Duties:

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:.
• Assists supervisor in analyzing and monitoring daily telephone activity to ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Assists supervisor with implementing individual and group training to develop and reinforce sales and customer service skills.
• Assists supervisor in developing and supporting a positive climate that encourages team effort to resolve system and customer concerns.
• Assists team members with sales and customer satisfaction related issues.
• Establishes and communicates goals of Insight Communications to his/her team members that result in excellent customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives and individual sales goals.
• Operates computer and other office equipment as required.
• Other functions that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 year’s customer service & sales experience (preferably in call center atmosphere)
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Ability to communicate effectively with company personnel, customers, business and professional people at all levels
• Ability to maintain records in a well-organized manner
• Knowledge of computer operations to include Windows and ICOMS
