County Job and Family Services Social Program Administrator/Asst. JFS Administrator Hardin County is seeking Experienced Applicants for the position of Job and Family Services Social Program Administrator.
The individual selected will assume the joint responsibilities of Social Program Administrator/Assistant JFS Administrator.
Applicants should possess a strong work ethic, have strong knowledge of CAPMIS, ODJFS best practice and be able to balance program, personnel and external issues.
The selected candidate will: Organize and direct the development, planning, and implementation of all programs within Social Services.
Assure the agency conforms to federal, state and local policies and procedures Act as a Administrator of Job and Family Services during Administrators absence Assist in preparation of cases for court.
Handle on-call responsibilities as assigned.
A Bacherlor's/Master's Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience required.
Salary range commences at $68,000. The position has an FLSA Professional Exemption and is Unclassified.
