Responsible for Cold Preparation, Grill Cook, Pizza Cook, quality inspection, preparation, storage and distribution of food in a safe and timely manner. Food Safety Training within first 60 days in the position. Food service experience preferred. Subject to excessive heat, cold and noise. Is required to use food processor, hand tools, can openers, scales, measuring cups and spoons. Standing most of the day. Operate and Maintain equipment. Excellent customer service skills. Adjust recipes by expanding or reducing. Reading, writing, math and measuring skills.Qualifications
Food Service Experience preferred.

Work is performed in an area that is adequately lighted and ventilated. Works in a kitchen environment.
Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
Basic computer skills.
HS Diploma or GED preferred.
Culinary Education preferred.
Food Safety Training within first 90 days in the position.
Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced culinary kitchen. Must be able to work various swing shifts that start at 4:00am and end at 9:00pm. Rotate weekends and Holidays. Must have knowledge of all cooking methods, such as roasting, grilling, sauté, steaming, etc. Must be able to work in a team focused environment.
