Putnam County Board of DD
The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with children served, families, schools and fellow staff. This position establishes eligibility, completes assessments, develops individual plans, coordinates services and supports for the families of children serviced.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in early childhood, special education, social work or other related field according to DODD standards. Preferred to have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with children with developmental disabilities. Must have or be eligible to obtain Service Coordinator certification from DODD. The applicant shall pass a physical and background checks, including but not limited to BCII. Must maintain valid Ohio Driver's License and proof of insurance. Salary commensurate with experience.
