Location: Yard situated in Obetz, OH – prospective terminal in Obetz.
Position Type: Company Driver - We supply the truck at no expense to you. All vehicles are owned and maintained by the organization.
- Typically, drivers are out for 2 weeks.
- Service coverage includes 47 states.
- California is excluded from service.
- Avoid Northwest states during winter months when possible.
- Work assignments are based on customer demand; there are no dedicated routes.
- We are working to establish more dedicated opportunities; our logistics sister company will assist in this development.
- Drop and hook operations with no-touch freight.
- Trucks are 2020 models or newer with sleeper cabs.
- All equipment is well-maintained.
- Drivers may take equipment home if secure parking is available.
- Detention pay is $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility.
- Deadhead rates apply.
- Low mileage rates are included for fair compensation.
- In the event of a breakdown or maintenance issue on the road, drivers receive $200 per day.
- Maximum compensation is capped at $1,000 per week.
- Dispatch is mandatory but adaptable.
- We can accommodate home time requests and varied schedules.
- Our dispatch team is highly organized and maintains clear communication.

Current Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience.
- Applicants must be 25 years or older.
- Must be under 75 years of age for insurance purposes.
- No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years on the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
