Title: Certified Medical Assistant - Specialty ENT
Pay: 20.00 - 23.00 an hour, dependent on experience
Position Summary: We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional, hands-on patient care while ensuring a smooth and seamless experience throughout the day. You'll collaborate closely with clinical staff to support high-quality, patient-centered care-rooming patients, accurately documenting medical history and vitals in the EMR, and assisting with scheduling needs. You'll also have the opportunity to cross-train as a Patient Service Representative, helping maintain efficient clinic operations and a welcoming environment for every patient.
Day to Day:

Room patients, record vitals and medical history in the EMR, and maintain clean, sanitized rooms and instruments

Assist physicians with procedures, including patient preparation and in-room support

Welcome patients, schedule appointments, and help manage daily clinic flow

Support front desk operations as needed; training provided (insurance knowledge a plus)

Answer phones, process payments, and ensure accurate documentation

Order supplies and maintain inventory as needed

Open and close the clinic following established protocols

Primarily based at one location, with occasional coverage at nearby clinics (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications:
- CMA OR RMA Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or Red Cross
