Job Description
Job DescriptionIndustrial Maintenance Mechanic (Food Manufacturing)
Status: Full-Time
Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Friday
Location: Versailles, Ohio
Day-in-the-Life
Your night begins at 10:00 PM in a clean, well-organized food production facility. You walk the line, listen for changes in machine tone, and scan for anything that could interrupt the run. A conveyor slows—your troubleshooting instincts kick in. You isolate the issue, check the motor, and verify the hydraulic components. Within minutes, production is back at target speeds. Throughout the shift, you collaborate with operators and leadership to reduce downtime and keep quality at its highest.
