A Step Beyond values our staff and understands the value of family/personal time. This position is full time Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, no weekends as that is for family & time to decompress. This position is school based throughout the school year and community based during school breaks. We are seeking someone who has a passion to help and work with youth struggling with an array of mental health diagnoses.
Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
Job Duties: Handling referrals, completing diagnostic assessments, writing treatment plans, providing therapy services & writing progress notes.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. No weekends.
Pay: $57,200.00 per year (Salary). Monthly bonus for productivity (current average is between $200-$500) Annual bonuses based on performance.
Job Type: Full-time, salaried.
Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work with an active LSW, or Masters Degree in Counseling with an active LPC
Requirements: Active LSW or LPC in the state of Ohio, active drivers license, reliable transportation, ability to pass a drug test and background check.
