Data‐Entry Clerk (Remote – U.S.)
Join Our Operations Team
We're hiring a detail-driven operations specialist to help us keep customer and policy data accurate, secure, and up-to-date.
What You’ll Do
- Enter and update 200+ records daily in Excel and our CRM
- Run weekly audits and correct any data issues
- Create simple pivot-table reports for finance and compliance
- Follow HIPAA, PII, and internal security protocols
- Contribute to improving and documenting workflows
What You’ll Need
- 55+ WPM typing speed
- 1+ year of data entry experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Great attention to detail and time management
- High school diploma or GED and a reliable internet connection
Nice to Have:
- Insurance knowledge, Salesforce/HubSpot experience, basic SQL
Pay & Perks
- $41K–$53K/year ($20–$26/hr)
