Reifel Industries Inc. is an ISO 9001:2015 registered custom e-coating facility located in Pioneer Ohio that provide full e-coating and dip-spin painting services to the entire Midwest, but especially to Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Reifel Industries Inc. also specialize in e-coating of partially painted parts, partially coated tethers, and partially coated ISO FIX wires. Acid Pickle prior to electrocoating is available.

E-Coating E-coating is a paint process that uses electricity to coat a metal part with paint. The most common metals used include steel, zinc, brass, aluminum or any other conductive material.
About the Role:
The 3rd Shift Supervisor over our Tether line plays a critical role in overseeing and managing all operational activities during the overnight shift within the transportation and warehousing environment at Pioneer, CORP. This position ensures that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, meeting company standards and customer expectations. The supervisor is responsible for leading a team of employees, coordinating workflow, and addressing any issues that arise during the shift to maintain productivity and quality. They act as the primary point of contact for shift-related decisions, collaborating with other supervisors and management to align with overall business goals. Ultimately, the role is essential for sustaining continuous operations and supporting the company’s commitment to timely and accurate transportation and warehousing services. This is a Hands on supervisor position !
Pay and Benefits:
- $19.00 - $ 25.00 based experience and knowledge, plus $1.00 shift premium for 3rd shift. Hours would be 7pm-5am Monday Night to Thursday Night.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within warehousing or manufacturing preferred but not required
- Ability to work overnight shifts and manage a team during non-standard hours.
- This is a Hands on supervisor position !
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a diverse workforce.
- Forklift experience 1+ yr
- Must be able to pass a post hire and random drug screen and no THC is allowed. We are a Drug Free Company.
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and maybe even more then 50 pounds at times
- Capability to bend, twist, push, pull, lift. squatting, standing, reaching, and more without accommodations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the overnight shift team to ensure efficient warehouse and transportation operations.
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct shift meetings to communicate goals and updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the shift.
- Manage workflow by assigning tasks, prioritizing duties, and resolving operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and productivity metrics, and report to day-shift management.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth handoffs and continuous process improvements.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
Skills:
The required skills enable the supervisor to effectively lead and manage the overnight team, ensuring operational goals are met with high standards of safety and quality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing clear instructions, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Analytical skills are used daily to monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Leadership and motivational skills help maintain employee engagement and productivity during the less traditional working hours of the 3rd shift. Preferred skills such as knowledge of Lean methodologies and advanced software tools support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
