PROMAN Staffing is partnering with our client to hire a Quality/Process Engineer for an immediate direct hire opportunity in Solon, OH!
This role leads key quality control, assurance, and process improvement initiatives, driving Lean/ITW Toolbox practices, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Key Focus Areas:
• Manage product non-conformances, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Support cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, R&D, and Engineering.
• Implement Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Contribute to ISO 9001:2015 audits and vendor quality programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years in Quality or Continuous Improvement (chemical industry preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
