The ideal candidate has construction experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements:

<li>Experience in fence installation, construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure and ensure straight, level installations</li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li>
