Associate Dentist – Full Clinical Autonomy | Guaranteed Base + Production | Relocation Assistance
Location: Elyria, Ohio (40 minutes west of Cleveland)
We are seeking a dedicated Associate General Dentist to join our well-established, full-service dental group in Elyria, OH. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist who values mentorship, clinical autonomy, modern technology, and a collaborative team environment.
About the Practice
- 5 General Dentists
- 1 Hygienist (2 additional roles open)
- 18 skilled support team members
- 15 operatories: 12 general, 3 surgical
- On-site removable prosthetics lab
- Full range of procedures performed: limited exams, full-mouth reconstructions, implants, and more
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fridays and weekends: Off
- Office closes for all major holidays (approximately 8 per year), the week of July 4th, and the week between Christmas and New Year’s
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general dental care to patients
- Perform a broad scope of procedures including restorative, rotary endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and prosthetics
- Utilize modern dental technology, including: Dentrix and Dexis Imaging, Schick X-rays and IRIS intraoral cameras, Zoom Whitening, CEREC crowns, bridges, and surgical guides, Sirona Axeos 3D Cone Beam system, LiteTouch hard/soft tissue laser, Dentsply ProTaper rotary endodontic system
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum: $850 per working day (first 6 months)
- Production-based compensation: 30–40% of production (Paid every 2 weeks with no holdback)
- Estimated Year 1 Minimum: $163,200 (based on 4 days/week, 48 weeks/year)
