<li>Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery for smooth production</li>
<li>Inspect products for quality and accuracy</li>
<li>Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Follow safety and production procedures</li>
</ul>
 What We're Looking For:

<li>Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (will train the right person)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Reliable and safety-minded</li>
