Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language intervention.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders.
- Valid Ohio state license or eligibility to obtain one.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working in a K-12 setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs) provided
