Purpose:&nbsp; The purpose of the Athletic program is to provide social and physical development services for Boys &amp; Girls Clubs’ members.&nbsp; This is accomplished through the implementation of a weekly program plan that includes teams and leagues, skills classes, tournaments and contests, games, ongoing participatory events and various other health and fitness activities.&nbsp; Physical activities in the gymnasium and outdoor athletics promote an individual’s group skills and offers opportunities for leadership development.&nbsp; Informal counseling, both individually and in groups, occurs daily in the Athletic program.

Job&nbsp;Segments: Program Related – In order to provide a quality experience for Boys &amp; Girls Clubs’ members, Athletic instructors are expected to plan a program which includes:

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

Main job duties include:
<ul>
<li>Consulting with clients 1-on-1 to determine if one of our programs would be right for them</li>
<li>Facilitate 1:1 client sessions to help with challenges, celebrate successes and keep client on track to meeting goals</li>
<li>Support office duties (answering phones, scheduling, taking payments, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Qualities Needed: High energy and customer service, empathetic, attentive to detail, team player, professional, and ability to multi-task
Salary: Pay is hourly plus benefits: $17.00/hr. to start with increase after 3 months of employment ($35,000 to $41,000 per year)
Benefits: Paid Time Off, 401K with match, health insurance, 4 day workweek with ½ day Fridays (2.5 days off during the weekend and no weekends!).
Schedule:

Blue Ash: Must be able to be at work as early as 7 am and stay as late as 7 pm Mondays through Thursdays and work Fridays 9 am to 2 pm.

<li>
Florence: Must be able to be at work as early as 8 am and stay as late as 6 pm Mondays through Thursdays and work Fridays 9 am to 2 pm.
</li>
<li>
Must be able to work in either location for vacation/sick coverage.
</li>
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time, 35-40 hrs./week

Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements:

<li>Being AED/CPR certified</li>
<li>Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness</li>
</ul>
