Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services and/or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (4-year college degree)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage internal clients through both inbound and outbound phone communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing ongoing support throughout the account opening process and full account lifecycle
- Deliver consistent, world-class service to internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships while offering solutions aligned with internal policies and procedures
- Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
