We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, online chat, or in person.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Research and or create orders for products ordered.
- Maintain customer accounts and customer records based on interactions.
- Complete customer returns within the vendor/company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Excellent communication skills to include active listening.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and resolve customer grievances.
- Logical problem-solving skills to handle correcting delivery issues, product shortages, incorrect items, and/or pricing concerns.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times.
