We are seeking currently licensed, motivated, and dynamic Financial Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional holistic financial guidance to your clients, helping them navigate their financial goals and needs. This position requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills and customer service expertise, making them a trusted advisor in the financial sector. With this listing in particular, we are seeking only those who are already licensed (Life & health, preferably series licensed as well), and working in a similar role who are looking to make a change.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote financial products and services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
  • Offer benefits administration guidance to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Foster relationships with clients through effective communication and bilingual support when necessary.

Preferred Candidate Skills & Background

  • Proven experience in a financial sales, planning, advising, or marketing role.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills to assess client needs effectively.
  • Life & Health state licenses
  • Series 6/7 & 63 licenses
  • Familiarity with marketing principles related to financial products is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
