Experienced Line Cook-High Volume Italian Restaurant
Full/Part Time

We're a busy, well established Italian restaurant known for quality food, fast-paced kitchen, and a team oriented atmosphere. We take pride in serving authentic dishes made from scratch- from house-made sauces and pasta dishes to grilled and fried proteins incorporated into traditional Italian favorites.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LINE COOK who can perform in a high volume environment while maintaining consistantcy, accuracy and pride in every plate. The ideal candidate(s) is reliable, organized, and able to thrive during peak service periods.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare/cook menu items according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintain a clean/organized station before, during, and after service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team, management, and front-of-house
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist with prep work, open and or close responsibilities, stocking, setup, and or breakdown
Qualifications:
- 2 years preferred in a full service or high volume kitchen
- General understanding of cooking techniques, saute, grill and fryer
- General understanding working multiple checks (kitchen chits)
- Ability to maintain focus and composure
- Dependable, punctual, clean appearance, and team-oriented
- Open availability including weekends and evenings (No late Nights)
