Responsibilities
- Shadow and learn from an experienced Insurance Professional to gain firsthand experience in all aspects of agency management, including sales, customer service, marketing, and team leadership.
- Assist with client consultations, policy reviews, and insurance assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, acquire new clients, and retain existing business.
- Collaborate with the mentor and agency team to execute marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and networking opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Property & Casualty. We will assist with licensing requirements
- Resides in the state of Ohio
- Strong desire to pursue agency ownership and a willingness to commit to a mentorship program.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
