We currently need an Experienced Tree Climber to join our team! This is year round work and you can start immediately. $1,000-$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS. **Bonus depends on level of experience and qualifications.** 1 years experience working in the field required.
Responsibilities:
- SAFETY FIRST- knowing where to be on the job and how to assist your fellow crew mates in a safe manner and complying by OSHA work/safety regulations
- Timely Attendance to the shop on a daily occurrence
- Must know how to operate a chainsaw, use climbing gear, and basic safety around heavy machinery
- MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PERFORM BASIC TASKS SUCH AS: lifting one's self body weight, lifting heavy weight items that could be 50+ lbs or more, being nimble and responsive on the job site- able to operate smoothly with the crew in a timely fashion.
Requirements :
- Previous experience climbing trees for a valid and licensed company (1 yr at minimal)
- Familiarity with climbing gear, maintenance, tools, and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- DRIVERS LICENSE and a reliable form of transportation to and from work (CDL is not required but desired)
- Must pass basic drug screen prior to hiring
