Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $27.00 - $44.00 DOE
Location: Akron, OH
This is a Temporary 18 month Hybrid opportunity with potential for extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process to ensure a diverse pool of top talent for the organization while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, co-workers, candidates, and the community.
- Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles/responsibilities and control the hiring process.
- Prepares candidates for interviews with hiring managers by providing information on the hospital, business strategy, department background, job description, and expectations.
- Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all applicants, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure accurate reporting of employment activities and successful outcomes of audits.
- Participates in departmental activities including performance and process improvement.
- Other duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Full lifecycle recruiting is required
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment law
- Working with all levels within an organization is required
- Medium to large sized organization experience is preferred
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. ATS is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
- HR certification [PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.] is preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience is required
