<p>We are seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team!&nbsp;You will be responsible for cultivating and closing&nbsp;sales opportunities.&nbsp; Leads and appointments will be provided, however&nbsp;you must also&nbsp;create your own opportunities from networking and cold-calling.&nbsp; This is non-negotiable.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<li>Educate and sell our innovative cleaning services&nbsp;to local businesses</li>
<li>Reach agreed upon sales targets by&nbsp;deadline</li>
<li>Close and follow up on sales transactions</li>
<li>Create and send/deliver proposals in a timely manner</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li>
<li>Strong prospecting skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
