Janitorial Crew Leader 3rd shift
REGULAR FULL-TIME
Illuminate USA, 3600 Etna Parkway, Pataskala, OH, US
$250.00 Signing Bonus!
Pay:
3rd shift- $21.50 per hr.
Schedule: 40 hours per week – 10:30pm-7:00am
**Must be available to work weekends**
Overview
Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Job Duties:
- Supervise others in a warehouse setting
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee all work of staff
- Inspect for quality control to ensure standards are met
- Provide training to associates
- Recommend corrective actions as appropriate
- Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements:
- Management experience preferred
- Maintain accurate records
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Lift up to 35 pounds
- Climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach
- Walking long distances
- Customer service skills as well as communicate well with the public
- Work unsupervised for long periods of time
- Employees must always wear the following Safety PPE while inside the Illuminate USA Facility:
- Hard Hat
- Safety Vest
- Safety Goggles
- Steel Toed Shoes
NOTE: GW shall provide the first pair of steel-toed shoes, and employees will sign a payroll deduction form at the time of hire, to have $25 taken out of their first and second pay after their start date.
