Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable Housekeeper who can work Part-time to clean common areas in the Multi-Residential Buildings located in Lewis Center, OH. The zip code 43035 is for your reference.
Schedule: The regular work schedule is Monday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, totaling 26 hours per week. Additional on-call hours may be assigned as needed, which could increase the schedule to up to 40 hours per week.

Scope of Work:
- Provide cleaning and housekeeping services (common spaces) at multi-family apartment complex location and clean the guest turnover units assigned to you
- Multitask as per business/client needs
- Manage Supply inventory
- Empty garbage and recycle as required
- Service garbage room and chutes as required
- Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions. Sweep and scrub as per schedule
- Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower
- Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed (e.g. pool chairs)
- Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
- Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out
- Drive to different locations and provide cleaning services as per the scope
Must-Haves to Be Considered:
- At least 2 years of residential move-in/move-out cleaning Experience/ housekeeping/ office/ commercial cleaning (e.g. Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, etc.)
- Available to work according to the schedule mentioned.
- Ability to lift up to 25 Pounds weight.
- Must Have a Car and Valid Driver's License and willing to drive different building (within the apartment complex)
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Mobile phone with internet access and iOS 14+ or Android 7+ versions.
- Willing to use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.
Wage rate: $ 21.00/hour
