We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing business within a specific geographic territory. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers building strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and end users. Through onsite visits, product training, and solution-based selling, you will drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and represent OneSolution’s high standards of service and professionalism.

This is a field-oriented, customer-facing role that blends sales, strategy, and technical knowledge perfect for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end users
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through solution-based selling
  • Conduct regular customer visits and onsite assessments to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Execute product promotions, training events, and marketing initiatives to support brand growth
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and traveling within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
