Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Allstate Kessler Insurance Group clients, fostering strong relationships.
Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met and their policies are up-to-date.
Address client inquiries and concerns with promptness, empathy, and accuracy.
Educate clients on their policies, coverage options, and available services.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention through personalized service.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
One of the following License requirements met-
- A Property & Casualty insurance license.
- A Life Insurance license.
