Russell Tobin/Pride Global is hiring a professional and motivated Customer Account Representative to join our client's team at a leading financial institution in Columbus, OH. Duties include supporting internal clients through exceptional service and effective account management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Pay: $20.00 to $22.17 per hour depending on experience
Location: On site in Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Duration: Position is a 1-year contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage internal clients through both inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Serve as the initial and ongoing point of support throughout the account opening process and full account lifecycle.
- Provide world-class service to internal clients.
- Build strong relationships while delivering solutions that align with internal policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain consistent performance in a dynamic and changing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is REQUIRED with recent College Grads are encouraged to apply!
- 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services or customer service.
- Demonstrated interest in career development and professional growth
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
