We are hiring an Insurance Sales and Service Representative to advise clients on their property and casualty insurance needs while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will work with team oriented driven professionals, follow a proven sales process, and receive top-tier training and support.
- First-year earnings range from $45,000 to $60,000

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and deliver exceptional service
- Educate clients on risks, coverage options, and solutions that fit their needs
- Execute agency sales strategies to meet performance goals
- Manage client accounts and ensure policies remain current and effective
- Build and maintain long-term client and referral relationships
Requirements
- Proven success in insurance sales or customer service
- Property and Casualty license preferred, with licensing assistance available for the right candidate
- Positive, self-driven, and coachable mindset
