Title: Customer Service Administrator
Shift: First Shift
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Customer Service Administrator Role: Our client, an industrial chemical manufacturer, is in search of a self-directed, well-organized and highly motivated professional to oversee all customer service activities. The successful candidate will fill a wide range of customer service, order processing, and data entry roles to support the business.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:

Accept customer purchase orders, process orders and invoice orders

Record all customer account information accurately in the company database

Learn about all products and services to communicate effectively with potential customers

Address customer service issues as they arise
-
Manage and schedule customer order shipments with freight carriers

Schedule and manage export shipments
-
Maintain professionalism in all interactions with prospective customers, current customers, affiliates and co-workers

Respond to phone inquiries and handle incoming calls, emails and faxes from customers
Customer Service Administrator Reporting Relationships:

This is an individual contributor role
About You:
-
Bachelor's degree preferred
-
Minimum six years of relevant experience
-
Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word

Prior experience in an ERP environment

Strong attention to detail
-
Excellent analytical and organization skills
-
Self-motivated and self-directed
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Familiarity with Incoterms and Safety Data Sheets a plus

Prior experience within a private company and/or in a manufacturing environment preferred
