Position Overview
This is a customer-facing position where you will engage directly with consumers, providing tailored solutions for internet, TV, and wireless products. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a high-energy environment, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations with customers to assess their needs
- Educate customers on available service options and promotions
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet weekly goals
- Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity
