Job Title: Claims Processor
Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid – Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite; training fully onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (8:00am–5:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm)
Pay Rate: $17.80/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Job Summary:
Process routine vision insurance claims accurately and efficiently using insurance portals and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process standard vision claims and adjustments
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time goals
- Follow plan and benefit updates as they change
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- 0–1 year of claims processing or data entry experience
- Basic Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Education & Requirements:
- High school diploma required
