About The Role

Our client, a food manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to support production planning, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are available to meet customer demand by coordinating material movements, analyzing stock positions, and collaborating with operations, logistics, and quality teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor, plan, and optimize inventory levels to meet company goals and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and track inventory movements, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, production schedules, and shipping timelines.
  • Partner with 3PL providers and internal customer service teams to identify and resolve potential shortfalls.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to address inventory or product issues impacting fulfillment.
  • Perform root cause analysis for inventory variances and develop preventive solutions.
  • Maintain data accuracy through proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
  • Oversee and participate in cycle counting activities to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Leverage Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft D365 to analyze and report inventory performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
  • Strong understanding of inventory fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • APICS certification a plus.


Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000, annually, plus bonus.
