You’ll use RF scanners, computers, and material handling equipment to keep product moving efficiently and safely.

What you’ll handle

  • Unload inbound trailers from plants and suppliers using manual and electric equipment.
  • Verify receipts and slot inventory in the correct bin locations; rotate stock appropriately.
  • Pick, pack, and process diverse order types (palletized, parcel, and more) with accuracy.
  • Operate RF scanners, computers, and warehouse power equipment while following best-practice workflows.
  • Create shipping documentation and record all required data in Oracle Warehouse Management.
  • Adhere to DOT, OSHA, EPA, EEO, ISO, and all PPG policies and safety standards.
  • Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and timely replenishment; flag potential shortages.
  • Participate in safety meetings and observations; contribute to a safe, clean facility.
  • Perform light maintenance on pallet jacks, forklifts, and other DC equipment.
  • Assist Distribution leadership with special projects and assigned tasks.

What you bring

  • 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills to process orders and complete paperwork.
  • Experience with paint and/or hazardous materials is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail; basic computer proficiency and solid organization skills.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift and hand jack experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work holidays and overtime as needed.
