Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: North Canton, OH
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: 40 hours per week, all 3 shifts available
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role includes handling materials, preparing orders, operating equipment, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment (training provided if needed).
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials in designated locations.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in cycle counting when needed.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if certified).
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation.
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
- Keep work areas organized to support efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
