Are you ready to make a meaningful impact at the highest level of leadership? JAGS Mechanical is searching for a highly flexible, extremely detail-oriented full-time Executive Assistant to join our Cincinnati, OH team.

This full-time, onsite opportunity offers a competitive pay range of $65,000 – $85,000/year plus bonuses, along with valuable benefits like a work laptop and screens you can take home.

You will work in-office Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The workload will ebb and flow according to the needs and schedule of the executive you support, offering variety and the chance to adapt your workday in meaningful ways.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a true force multiplier for the CEO, managing their calendar, priorities, and personal errands so they can focus on revenue, strategy, and leadership. Your day will include handling executive-level communications, coordinating emails and internal announcements, preparing meeting agendas and notes, and ensuring decisions turn into action. You will support financial and operational visibility by tracking KPIs, preparing reports, organizing budgets and contracts, and keeping leadership dashboards up to date. You will handle confidential administrative tasks such as HR coordination, vendor paperwork, insurance, licensing, and legal documents, as well as take on special projects. At times, you will act as a light operations or project coordinator, ensuring that cross-department initiatives move forward and bottlenecks are addressed before they become problems. Your work will be dynamic, essential, and central to the executive team's success.


Here's what you need to become our Executive Assistant:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in building processes and managing a CEO's schedule
  • Familiarity and optimism about Artificial Intelligence
  • Highly flexible and extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
