Daily responsibilities include servicing our current customers needs via phone, text and email. Communicating with our Claims/Underwriting Departments and following up with their requests. Outbound calling on sales leads both warm and cold. Holding policy review meetings and new customer meetings in-office. Participating in community events and marketing. Fostering a positive work environment with our existing team. 10 PTO days accumulated over the course of the first calendar year with 7 additional paid holidays. No major medical currently. Hours are 9-5. Lunches and breaks are paid. Base pay is 40,000.00 salary for full-time and 20,000.00 part-time. Commissions vary greatly from 0.00-2,800.00 a month in our office currently.

Responsibilities
Ultimately you will be responsible for yourself and achieving your targets and becoming a positive contributing member to the office. You must be able to manage your personal schedule, network for sales/referrals within your personal network and find innovative ways to help us grow in the community. Our goal is to become a resource and contribute to the betterment of our wonderful Lancaster Community.
Requirements
Must be licensed by the State of Ohio in Property & Casualty Insurance prior to starting. If you do not have this license but feel positive about the opportunity, please call the office and we can let you know what that process looks like. This is something that can be obtained fully online in 1-2 weeks.
