ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of four. Ive been with State Farm for over 31 years and have owned two different agencies during my career, which has given me a deep understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful, sustainable office. Im also a Marine Corps veteran, and that background influences my leadership stylefocused, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Staying involved locally is important to me, and Im active in the Rotary Club and the Beaver Creek Chambers. For our team, we offer paid vacation time, health benefits, a 401k, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mick Lundy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
