Company Description1899 Golf brings together the heritage of the game and state-of-the-art golf simulator technology to provide our patrons with the experience every golfer dreams of; fast pace of play, perfect weather 365-days a year and the best cocktails around.

With a variety of championship courses ranging from Muirfield Village to Royal Birkdale, the ability to hit the range, or play a number of target games, 1899 is a golfer’s paradise.

We tip our cap to those that established Ohio as one of the greatest golf states in America. Our golf ancestors that laid the groundwork for us to exist today. The year 1899 is significant to both Ohio and the history of golf. It was in 1899 that the first public golf course was established in Ohio. Today Ottawa Park still stands and services the golfing community of Toledo. That same year, on April 11th to be exact, Coburn Haskell, a golfer from Cleveland, Ohio, and Bertram G. Work, an employee of the B.F. Goodrich Company in Akron, Ohio, received a patent for the first golf ball made out of rubber.

100+ years later we strive to revolutionize the experience of playing Golf the same way Haskell and Work did in 1899. We believe in playing 18 holes in under an hour. We believe in perfect weather 365 days a year. We believe in craft beer & cocktails. Be part of our family. Be part of 1899 Indoor Golf.
