Job Description for Digital Graphic Designer
- North America Fabric Care team is seeking digital designers to support the Creative Content Studio and our portfolio of Fabric Care brands. This designer will collaborate closely with other digital and print-trained designers, as well as business and marketing partners.
- In today’s evolving landscape, digital designers must embrace change and thrive in a flexible environment with a commitment to continuous learning. The ideal candidates will quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and consumer trends, translating that agility into fresh, impactful digital static and motion graphics content. We require designers who are hands-on craftsmen and creative problem solvers, possessing mastery in digital design and a keen eye for detail.
- You will create a diverse array of assets for e-commerce sites, social platforms, and mobile optimization, ensuring that each piece aligns with brand guidelines and performs seamlessly across all platforms.
- You will work closely with NA Fabric Care Designers and cross-functional partners, building new skills, experimenting with innovative approaches, and enhancing your expertise in how design influences business outcomes.
What you’ll Do:
- Design and develop high-quality digital assets for e-commerce platforms (PDP tiles, banners, on/off-site media) and paid/organic social content.
- Translate brand guidelines into digital environments with precision and consistency.
- Optimize creative assets for platform specifications across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and DTC websites.
- Collaborate with senior designers, brand managers, and marketers to fulfill project briefs.
- Execute design iterations promptly based on feedback while maintaining high quality.
- Organize and version-control design files, libraries, and assets effectively.
- Stay informed on emerging tools, AI-powered workflows, and digital best practices, applying new insights directly to projects.
- Utilize AI tools to generate creative ideas, modify content assets, and create adaptations for various platforms.

Works on numerous assignments across a broad range of marketing material, including landing pages, email templates, and social media ads Designs, produces and manages digital marketing media Execute and guide projects from conception to roll out, ensuring appropriate design strategy Collaborates with the digital solutions group and marketing managers, ensuring that all designs align with the brand and marketing objectives while meeting usability and website standards. Influences and guides the digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brand Transforms concepts into intuitive high-performing digital marketing materials Presents design ideas, concepts, and prototypes with marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goals Education and Experience Bachelor s Degree and 4+ years’ experience in digital design or related field (ux, ui, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.) Or 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience
