ProForce is currently seeking a performance coach to join our team. As a performance coach, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of athletes, including youth, high-school, and collegiate athletes. This position offers 20-26 hours per week in the afternoons, Monday - Friday from 4 pm - 8 pm.
Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Lead group training sessions following the ProForce programming model.
- Provide guidance and motivation to athletes during workouts.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by maintaining a clean and organized training environment.
- Collaborate with our head coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Relevant fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of previous training experience, with a proven track record of helping athletes achieve their performance goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
