You must have prior success selling high-ticket business services to managers of small- and medium-sized companies, in a seasonal sales cycle against incumbent vendors. You excel at finding and closing new opportunities, building relationships, and servicing existing accounts.
You should be a self-starter, goal oriented, and a high achiever who works well as part of a team. Strong closing skills and excellent problem-solving skills are a must. Experience with property managers and condo/HOA associations is a plus but not required.
You must have prior earnings of at least 75,000 and be excited about the next level of performance.
