Stable U.S. Based Company (over 25 years in business) Just launched a newly engineered suite of IoT-connected sensor devices and a powerful SaaS platform—hiring a sales leader to take this new/exciting system it to market.

  • This is a hands-on business development, targeting industrial liquid sectors like water treatment, drinking water, pools, chemical processing, oil & gas, and beyond.
  • You’ll sell a fully integrated solution: hardware, modems, sensors, and software that delivers real-time data, alerts, and service insights. Major Plus if you can help flex our product into new verticals— such as municipal systems, pools, lakes, nuclear, oil/gas and other industries.

What You’ll Be Selling - Our end-to-end system includes:

  • IoT-connected sensors for tank level monitoring, pressure sensing, and remote diagnostics
  • Internet Connected modems and gateways for secure, highly available real-time data transmission
  • Software that aggregates test results/data, triggers service alerts, and supports compliance reporting
  • Applications across boilers, cooling towers, wastewater systems, food plants, with a focus on getting us into new emerging verticals and other well established (liquids based) industries.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Industry Experience: You’ve sold mixed hardware-software-networked sensor systems in water, chemical, oil/gas, or similar industrial liquid environments
  • Creative Expansionist: You see new use cases—ponds, pools, oil fields, municipalities—and are ready-willing-able to pitch-present and sell in to them
  • Strategic & Hands-On: personally drive business development
  • Independent Operator: You research, ideate, and present solutions to leadership...should be a self-motivated-independent-driven-sales manager.

Ideal Background

  • Experience selling for another liquids/water systems management company, ideally within multiple industries.
  • Proven success selling integrated water or liquids management-testing-monitoring type system blending hardware + software/data + connectivity/network connected.
  • Solid examples of expanding/selling into new verticals
  • Strong communication and deal closing skills.
