We are seeking a hands-on, Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment. This role supports field, operational, and leadership hiring while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to meet staffing goals and enhance employer branding. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about delivering a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Support high-volume hiring across field, operations, and leadership roles
- Source, interview, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet workforce needs
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment strategies
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience recruiting in service, construction, or landscaping industries preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems; AllianceHCM experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
