Imperial Tree and Stump is seeking hardworking individuals to join our team as Tree Care Climber. As a key member of our crew, you will assist with various aspects of tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal, while maintaining a safe work environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and on-the-job training, as well as a positive and team-oriented work atmosphere. Pay is competitive and will be based on your experience and the position, and we will discuss during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Climbers: Pay based on driving status and experience.

• • Safely climb trees using proper equipment and techniques.

  • Prune, trim, and remove trees as directed by crew leaders

• General Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.+ Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Have the ability to perform demanding manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Climber positions require previous climbing experience.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- A Clean license is a plus

• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry best practices.
