Barn Staff 
Rate of Pay
$440/week plus room and board
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>At least 18 years old </li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>A wide range of western riding experience and horse training</li>
<li>Experience teaching youth</li>
<li>Horse care</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Help manage a strand of horses at camp's main barn</li>
<li>Teach morning lessons and afternoon trail rides</li>
<li>Oversee horse health and barn maintenance</li>
<li>Have a constant eye for safety</li>
<li>Create progressive engaging lessons and experience for kids</li>
<li>Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices</li>
