Are you a skilled organizer with a knack for problem-solving and scheduling? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Dispatcher to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance team.
Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, 401(k)
Compensation:
$17 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- StrategicOversight of maintenance task scheduling, leveraging both internal technical staff and contracted vendor services for optimal resource allocation.
- Proactive Management of workflow follow-up to guarantee the timely closure and compliance of all pending work orders.
- Financial Accuracy in processing payroll for internal technical personnel and maintaining precise compensation records for third-party vendors.
- Excellence in Tenant Relations, focused on the immediate and effective resolution of concerns, thereby maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Technical Aptitude in diagnosing system failures and formulating sound, appropriate solutions for corrective action.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a demanding workload using advanced time management and organization.
- Demonstrated success in scheduling, resource management, and workflow optimization.
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge of payroll procedures and current regulatory requirements.
- Required to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively across all internal/external channels.
- Prior experience in Property Management or building/facilities maintenance operations is strongly preferred.
