The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure alignment with business goals and a strong company culture. This role is pivotal in fostering employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Lead training and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Partner with leadership to support organizational change and performance management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Masters preferred
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, union avoidance experience is a requirement
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
